Chorus Winds are emanated by Myligast — a “breath of creation” functionally similar to mana for those who can use them.
Most people know Chorus Winds mainly as what makes tower artifacts function. True sensitivity is exceedingly rare (see Chorus Mages).
Windcatchers can store and sometimes emanate Chorus Winds.
